Fresh, elegant and flavoursome with hints of rose petal and tropical fruit. Softly textured, with a slight hint of oaky complexity. Perfetto with antipasto on the terazzo! This wine is made with fruit sourced from the Alpine Valleys region in North East Victoria. Limited stock.

Sangiovese

A pure and classic Sangiovese made in the new world. This wine has a great depth of colour and a wonderful complex palate structure. Beginning with upfront, juicy maraschino cherry fruit, it has a long line of fine acidity and tannin that lingers. Savoury yet sweet, the finish of spice and fruit is balanced and enhanced with a toasty hint from new oak. This wine will improve with age – decant one now and put a dozen in the cellar.

Sangiovese Rosé

Distinctive, elegant and true to its variety, showing vibrant Sangiovese character, clean acidity and soft texture. The nose offers pure, fresh characters of red berry compote with strawberries and cream. Bright and tight in its youth, it will soften over time with a long, dry, savoury finish. Serve chilled (the wine too).

Sangiovese Cabernet

A classic blend comprising 65% Sangiovese and 35% Cabernet. Ripe, spicy, meaty, earthy and powerful. The Cabernet wraps itself gently around the cherry mid-palate of the Sangiovese, traditional in style with enduring spicy flavours, a lively acid structure and mouth coating tannins suggesting that it will only get better with time – but get stuck in now!
